BorgenMakes Terms of Service
Effective September 29, 2026
These terms apply to the BorgenMakes website and online shop, including purchases of small-batch 3D-printed products, and to the private personal-assistant integration described on this site.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and estimated fulfillment times appear on the product page or at checkout. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be completed, or an order appears fraudulent. If a paid order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide current, accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Applicable prices, taxes, and shipping charges are shown before an order is submitted.
Shipping
Shipping and production times are estimates, not guarantees. Small-batch or print-on-demand orders may require additional time. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and contacting us promptly if an order appears delayed, damaged, or missing.
Returns and refunds
If a product arrives damaged or does not fit the vehicle or application identified on its product page, contact us for a replacement or refund. Other return terms, if any, will be stated on the relevant product page. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
Product use
BorgenMakes products are small-batch parts. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility, installing products correctly, inspecting them before use, and discontinuing use if a part is damaged or unsafe. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not represented as safety equipment.
Private assistant
The BorgenMakes private personal-assistant integration is available only to its authorized user. Google features require OAuth authorization, which may be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions. The assistant may depend on Google, hosting, AI, and other providers and may change, pause, or stop without notice. Important actions should be reviewed by the user.
Site content
The BorgenMakes name, product designs, photographs, text, and site content may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
No warranties
Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded and any express product promise stated on the site, the website, products, and assistant are provided as-is and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or suitability for every use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BorgenMakes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the website, a product, or the assistant. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
